The College offers a number of resources to support your physical and mental health. Learn more below.

Health and Wellness Services

The College offers a health and wellness resources such as a nurse and a counselor. There is also a fitness center. The College also provides ADA accommodations. You can learn more about these services on the Health and Wellness portal page. 

You can also get in touch with Counseling and Resources and Health and Wellness via My Success Network on Starfish.

Learner Support

The College's rigorous academic programs are rewarding but demanding. Balancing school, work, and family life can be tough, especially if you are taking a course that is challenging. Check out the Learner Support page on the College portal for resources to help you with time management, test taking skills, study skills, and more. 

Campus Life Events

Check out the College's Campus Events Calendar for various activities to help your physical and mental health. These activities include fitness and cooking classes, mindfulness exercises, and more. Campus Life and Student Engagement also hosts Stress Less Week events around finals week and brings therapy pets to campus periodically throughout the semester.
